Thanks for commenting! Having connection with Nature is incredibly important as it actually helps with the body-mind-spirit integration process. Otherwise we might just live in our heads! It’s a challenge especially for those who have to work in giant skyscrapers to maintain their connection with Nature, so they have to make a truly conscious effort. The great thing about Springtime is you’re practically forced to notice. Everyone blossoms then!

I can really relate to the surge of creativity, physical activity and clearing out the clutter. Good to know I’m in sync with the nature. Yes, sometimes it can be easy to lose our connection with nature.

Great post Nancy – and I agree that we don’t always notice those defining moments, either for better or for worse. In my case it was a simple phone call that I initiated that literally turned my life upside down. I’d love to read a post about recovering from those not-so-great moments!
